Expect Less

The best way to avoid disappointment and feel real calmness is not to expect anything from anyone. First rules of avoiding frustration is lower your expectations. Despite all of the expectations in our lives like we want and who we want to become but never put high expectation on it. Just do your very best and go with the flow. 

Let go of negativity

Free yourself from negativity and negative people. They can be real downers in any conversation or situation that may harms your own thought. It would be wonderful if surround yourself with people who reflect the person you want to be. When you free yourself from negative people eventually you'll free yourself to be you.

Forgive and Forget 

Remember! When you don't forgive yourself most probably you're not able to forgive others. Releasing your guilt and finding ways to leave the past behind by learning from your mistakes and experiences. Start to forgive yourself because as a human being you are prone to making mistakes. 

Learn to Let Go

Letting go is never easy, regardless you have to try to forget what is hurting you. Take time but don't take longer time to be healed. Make your life fulfilled again with thing or people that makes you happy. Day by day the feeling will pass and you'll be okay.

Be Grateful
 
Appreciate where you are in your journey, even if it's not where you want to be. Look for a reasons to be grateful even when you're struggling. Stay positive when life gives you every reason to be. Taking time to give thanks for even the smallest blessing can help you appreciate the good things in your life. So just enjoy the little things.
