Exercise Daily    
Exercise daily at least 30 minutes per session. Do a simple workout or physical activity in your everyday life. For example, walking and climbing are good cardio exercise. If you walk 20,000 steps daily and consume less calories than you burn daily, it will help you to lose weight. No matter what, make sure do physical activity consistently.   

Stop Eat Before You are Full
Eat based on your calorie intake does not eat more than necessary until bloated. Fill up your plate with protein, carbs, veggies and fruits. Every dish must be balanced according to food pyramid, eat right foods and portion each meal. 

Keep Track of Calories Intake
Keeping track of how many calories you consume and burn every day. Nothing will work if you don't have any self-discipline. It will help you to keep track of how much more you can eat each day Indeed diet plays the key role that is 70% and exercise 30%. There is no point you workout push yourself full throttle, but end up you don't have proper plan on your diet meal. 

Get Enough Sleep
Even it is crucial to get enough sleep due to hectic life routine. However, it is important for a person to get enough sleep at least 7-8 hours a daily for body to going throughout the day. If you can have a quality sleep at night, it will help to boost your health and your mind and emotion during the day. 

Manage Your Stress
Stress can be bad for you mental and physical health if you don't know how to manage it well. Studies have found health problems related to common stress symptoms such as headache, anxiety, fatigue, overeating. Stress also may increase the risk of conditions like obesity, asthma, heart disease , diabetes, and gastrointestinal problems. Regardless, it's important to know how to manage stress in your life.
