Avoid Junk food

Every each of us love to snack especially junk food. Why not you start to replace your unhealthy snacking habit with the healthy snack like fruits, almonds, pistachios, baby tomatoes, etc. All these foods are low calorie and highly nutritious.

Drink Plenty of Water

Make sure you drink enough water to prevent your body from dehydration. Drinking water also may help you feel less hungry. You may drink plain water before your meal, it helps you to eat less and lose weight.

Avoid Stress and Sleep Well

Both stress and sleep have a powerful effect on your appetite and weight gain. Therefore, it’s important for a person to get quality sleep at least 7-8 hours daily in order to regenerate energy that loss in a daily routine. A lack of sleep also may disturb the appetite-regulating hormones ghrelin and leptin. When these hormones disrupted it can increase appetite and cravings for unhealthy food.
