Chickpeas

Just a half cup of chickpeas has about 100 calories and this crunchy snack can be your healthy instead grabbing a pack of chips. 

Popcorn
Popcorn of the best option to snacking yet still healthy but only if you take it without any caramel sugar like at the cinema. Plain popcorn is a great and cheap that can fulfill your snack craving. It easy to prepare at home and healthy whole grain around 30-35 calories per cup. If you want to add flavour just put some spices according to your preference.

Dark Chocolate
Dark chocolate is not a guilty pleasure, if you want to lose weight but still craving for sweet snacks. Dark chocolate is the best way to cut your sugar craving. It contains at least 70% of cocoa and it also good to lower blood pressure and reduce heart disease risk. Help you to reduce appetite at the same time to lose some weight.

Oatmeal
Usually people will take oat as a meal for breakfast, it's not just good for breakfast. You can take it for dinner or snack as well. It’s a good combo of fiber and protein as your body need for whole day. Instead of having plain oats you can put your favorite fruit on the top of to add more flavor.

Apple with Peanut Butter
Most of the time you need a snack to give you energy up throughout the day. Instead of just eat single piece of apple, you can also add flavor with one tablespoon of peanut butter.
