Frequently many working Malaysians who tend to focus more on their careers than their health. Never had time for exercise and was overweight. They ate outside, grabbing quick meals from hawker stalls, and fast food restaurants.

According to the World Health Organisation (WHO), more than nine million deaths worldwide attributed to NCDs occur before the age of 60. Non-communicable diseases (NCDs) are diet-related chronic diseases and the main ones include obesity, heart disease, diabetes, hypertension and cancers. 


Sometimes the hectic life become a reason not spend our 30 minutes to be healthy. Just 30 minutes of physical activity per day physical activity increases the strength of the heart also make your brain grow and enhances blood flow. 

Make an effort and include physical activity as your routine because at the end of the day. There is almost no excuse for not being active. You can be never to old, too busy or too late. Every  step you take is pure medicine for your body and your mind. You are your own doctor and you can decide the dose.
