1. Enough Sleep & Avoid Stress
  • It is important for a person to get quality sleep at least  7-8 hours a daily. If you can’t manage your stress well, it will lead you to depression. Stress triggers inflamation! Some research suggest that inflammation can play significant role in the development of depression.

2. Supplements
  • Supplements and vitamins also play an important towards your body because it can help to fight inflammation throughout your body. Supplement and vitamins that should try is Omega-3 fatty acids, fish oil and vitamin b complex. 

3. Avoid Process Food
  • Usually people more prefer to choose fast food or process food as their daily meal because most people prefer to stick with the faster option. However it is, you need minimize your consumption of processed foods and fast food.

4. Herbs & Spices
  • Include herbs and spices in your daily meal. Spice it up! Ginger, garlic, turmeric, curry powder and others spices can have an anti-inflammatory outcome.

5. Fruits & Vegetables
  • The most important is whether you like it or not you have to eat plenty of antioxidant-rich fruits and vegetables. It helps your body to fight free radicals that can stimulate inflammatory.
