What Else Can I Do To Stay Healthy?

Eat healthily - Eat a variety of food. Balance the food you eat with your physical activity. Choose better food that contain nutrition's and vitamins which can boost energy to your body. You don’t have to eliminate foods you enjoy to have a healthy diet. Just start slow and make changes to your eating habits over time.

Be physically active – By walking, climbing the stairs, playing badminton, and gardening you can be physically active everyday. Exercise at least 3 times a week, 20 minutes every session. It will help to maintain or improve you BMI and physical fitness. People of all ages, shapes, sizes, and abilities get benefit from being physically active. 

Do not smoke – The effects of smoking are serious. It can harm nearly every organ of the body. Smoking damages your lungs and increases the chances of getting heart attack, stroke and cancers. If you do smoke, try to stop. Consult your doctor.

Think positive – Its not easy to think positive all the time. We are just a human being who face the normal ups and downs of life. That’s mean everyone feels sad, give up and hopeless. Nevertheless, positive thinking is good for your body, mind and overall health. 

Learn to handle stress – The most important is handle anger to reduce stress. It’s very important to chose optimistic thoughts to avoid yourself from worries and negative emotion. Nevertheless, try to manage and control your stress because it helps avoid unhealthy changes in heart rate and blood pressure.
