have a better functioning and regenerating your body and stay young.

Everyone knows veggies are a must
in any healthy diet. This is because eating a diet with plenty of fruits and
vegetables has been linked to improved health. Even you are not a big fan of
green veggies but you still can add fruits in your daily meals. Fruits and
vegetables are full of mineral, vitamins, antioxidants and fiber that good to
increase your quality of health and life. One research found the longest-living
people tend to eat less meat and more veggies, fruits, soy, beans and nuts.
Less Stress
Recent studies show that stress
causes physical changes in the body because stress can increase in the amount
of cortisol secreted daily. Which leads to weight gain, high blood pressure,
insomnia, and mood disorders. The most important is you need to handle all
stress and pressure that come to you by finding solution to solve it.
Sip Green Tea
Everyday routine can’t avoid you from expose to sunlight. Too
much time out in the sun is one of the factors that cause of aging. To keep
your skin as young as possible, your cells need to replace correctly. So, green tea has a lots of antioxidant power
to defend against aging. It’s rich in beneficial acids which act as
antioxidants.
Get Enough Sleep
Most people do not realized that sleep is when our body does
its healing and repairing. Get consistent sleeping time could regenerate energy
which loss in daily busy work. Therefore, it is important for a person to get a
quality sleep at least 7-8 hours daily, to get their body rest enough.
