1. Don’t wait until you thirsty to drink. Drink more water even you don’t feel thirsty.

2. Avoid or limit outdoor activities. If you have to, please using umbrella or cap to protect yourself from UV rays.

3. Wear lightweight, light colored and loose fitting outfit.

4. Take an isotonic drinks. It help to replace the  salt and minerals that you lose in sweat.

5. Avoid drink that contain caffeine, alcohol, or high amount of sugar.

6. Avoid exercise in hot day, stay indoor.

7. Take frequent rest
