1. Avoid touching your face
Make sure you wash your hand with soap before touching the facial skin. Remember don’t let your hands touch your face very often. Avoid to squeeze a pimple that would spread the bacteria and will cause infection or further more pimples and scarring.
2. Keep your face clean
It is important to wash your face at least twice daily. Washing the face regurlarly to get rid of dirt, oil, dust, makeup and dead skin cells form the surface of your skin. Avoid using your body towel to rinse your face. Always rinse well, dry your face with clean hand towel or tissue.
3. Apply honey
Applying honey on the face helps to prevent pimples as well as a treatment for pimples. Honey is natural antiseptic will help your acne from bacterial problems. However if your acne trigger form your hormones changing or any irritation causes of acne. Then honey maybe won’t do much help at all.
4. Eat healthy
Somehow the way you eat also give impact towards your skin. Eat well, it’s about developing well balanced diet. Reduce oily foods and junk food. Include more fruits and vegetables in your diet. The most important is drink a lots of water, at least 2 litre a day that help to detox your body and clean your skin.
5. Avoid Stress
You need to know how to manage your stress well because stress can cause an inflammatory response in the body. Stress does not directly cause acne but usually skin breaks out in times of emotional stress. While stress your skin will breaks out and can cause the walls of these pores to break. It may worsen the skin disease.
