1. Get Enough Sleep

Busy of daily life could makes a person lack of sleep. Most people does not realised that consistent sleeping time could regenerate energy that loss in daily busy work. Therefore, it is important for a person to get a quality sleep at least 7-8 hours daily, to get their body rest enough. 

2. Avoid Stress

"Only insane people does not have pressure", that's the common quote we had heard, But you need to know sometimes pressure also can caused someone to become insane. Do you know pressure will make someone looks older than actual age? Although mankind unable to avoid pressure, but you can handle all pressures that come to you by finding solution to solve it.


3. Smile

Sounds easy, right? Smile could get you look younger. It only takes 16 muscles when a person smile compared 42 muscles when a person showed angry or worried face. Smile is free and able to make a person remain in happy and positive character.


4. Drink plain water

Plain water is the most easiest way to sustain young, which human body contains 80% water. What for if using expensive beauty for skin care but if a person not drink enough of water, the more water you drink the more you encourageable to get natural goodness. Lazy excuses such as often go to toilet can be avoid if oneself could discipline. 

5. Exercise

Exercise is the most difficult and laziest to be done consistently for most people. Exercise may not only focus on jogging or went to gym, you can start it with walking, house cleaning, stairs climbing etc. It is sufficient to be done it three time a week, but not just a passing fad.
