As a human beings we are not able to avoid problem come into our life. Every single day we will be faced with a variety of challenges that appear in a variety of circumstances. Whatever it is, as a person we should learn from the mistakes and know how to find a way to get the best solution.
Everyone has to deal with difficult people, whether they are tense, selfish or argumentative. But the most important is, how can you state your own rights without making the situation become more difficult or even worse.
In most cases, angry people are screaming to be heard. They want to be valued, loved, and listened to. They want to feel important but aren’t able to express themselves constructively. With the right attitude, it’s possible to get past these insecurities and reach an understanding.

1. Stay Calm
Approaching arguments or fights with positive words might help to calm the tense situation. Painstaking effort will be great solution if it use in right time and right place.
2. Willing to Forgive
In order to get peace of mind you willing to forgive and the most important is resist the urge to punish the other person. Everybody is not perfect and made mistake even yourself. So why not you learn from your mistake and give yourself and other chance to forgive and forget.
3. Be Patient
If you’re having conflict or problem you should identifying your triggers. If you are patient in a moment of anger, you will escape a hundred days of sorrow and regret.
4. Moving forward
In the process of letting go and moving forward you will lose many things from the past, but at the end of the day you will find yourself. If you still stay stuck in regret of the life think you should have had but in the end you will have a hard time ever being happy. You need to know that you just can’t move forward if you don’t let go of the past.
