Stress
The most thing that you want to avoid during your hectic day is strike with migraine. Did you know stress often triggers migraine? However, it depends on how is your daily stress level, overthinking, and exhaustion. Those factors might trigger you to get migraine attack. One of the best way to prevent migraine is handle your stress wisely.

Skipping Meal or Hunger
Despite of our hectic routine and busy working environment but try not to skip your meal and let your stomach empty for long hours. Research consistently shows that hunger or skipping meals may root to the common start of migraine trigger.

Changes in Sleep Schedule

Basically, it depends on individual how their body react with different circumstances. Some people encounter sleepless night, oversleep, or lack of sleep can trigger a migraine. But not for all because certain people will feel normal. However, both too much and too little sleep can cause tendency of migraine. So the best way to overcome your migraine attack is get enough of sleep 7-8 hours per night.

Light

Most people who had migraine are very sensitive with aura, it can refer to the sensation of bright light. Sitting and looking on your computer or mobile phone screen for long periods of time also can become migraine trigger. This condition is called Photophobia (Light Sensitivity).

Smell

People with migraine usually specified that strong smells  trigger their migraine. It can be unusual smell such as cigarette smoke, food odors, and perfume. This situation is called as Osmophobia usually occurs in chronic migraine suffers who may have odor triggered migraines.
