Exercise Daily

workout or physical activity in your everyday life. For example, walking and

Studies have found health problems related to common stress symptoms such as headache, anxiety, fatigue, overeating. Stress also may increase the risk of conditions like obesity, asthma, heart disease , diabetes, and gastrointestinal problems. Regardless, it's important to know how to manage stress in your life.
